• We are under no obligation to keep Submission Materials confidential unless we have entered into a separate written non-disclosure agreement with you.
• We receive a large volume of pitches and may be evaluating opportunities similar to yours. Submitting materials does not create any exclusivity or obligation on our part.
• We will handle your Submission Materials in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• You warrant that you have the right to share the Submission Materials with us and that doing so does not breach any obligation you owe to a third party.

We will use reasonable efforts to handle your Submission Materials with discretion, but we do not accept unsolicited materials on the basis of any implied duty of confidentiality.
